  The switchboard lady in the lincoln Office is RUDE. I have never in my life dealt with someone so mean and nasty. Look lady, you are dealing with VERY sensitive situations where human beings are having to humble themselves to you. Get some complassion/ bedside manor or go get a different job. Power isn’t everything. Nasty, nasty woman.
